What insurance plans do you work with?

Medicare, Medicaid, most commercial plans*(with PPO out-of-network benefits), and VA & TRICAREas a supplemental plan to Medicare. Our network is expanding regularly — and where we can't directly service a plan, we route the patient to a trusted partner so coverage isn't lost.

How quickly will my patient get their supplies?

Once eligibility is confirmed, supplies are typically delivered in one to three business days. The full path from referral to delivery usually runs three to five days end-to-end, depending on prescription turnaround.

Do I have to use a new portal or system?

No. We work around the way your office already runs — fax, EHR, email, secure form, or a quick phone call. If we need a different file format or an updated PA, we'll ask for it through the same channel.

How will I know what's happening with my referral?

You'll get an immediate confirmation when your patient is set up. Anything in between — coverage hiccups, missing chart notes, a question for you — comes through the channel you've told us you prefer.

What about resupply and renewals?

We track sensor cycles and prescription expirations in the background. Patient follow-up is done regularly and resupply is managed precisely; when a renewal is needed, we'll route it to you well before the patient runs out — so the loop stays closed without you having to chase it.

Can existing patients on another supplier switch to Onda?

Yes — and we'd love to do better for both of you. Refer them the same way you would a new patient and we'll handle the transition, from insurance coverage to syncing up their supply schedule.
