Getting started with Onda Health is simple.
1. Call to speak with a Patient Care Specialist to determine if you qualify. We can confirm over the phone if your insurance will cover your device.
2. Provide your Primary Care Physician information so we can request the necessary documents to meet your insurance requirements.
3. That's it! Once these steps are completed, we can send your CGM directly to you. We will then bill your insurance for the device.
4. From here we will manage all replacement supplies for you, giving you a call when replacements are needed. As your provider, we will always be here for anything specific your should need for your CGM, including sending reports to your doctor before you have a visit so they can stay up to date on your diabetes management.
